Chemia has been awarded a $3,000,000 Phase-II Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant (Award No. 2R44GM154504) from the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The funding will support the continued development of our discovery platform to identify novel small-molecule therapeutics derived from fungal species.

Chemia has received a $256,500 Phase-I SBIR award DE-FOA-0003417 from the US Department of Energy to use its proprietary algorithms for development of novel fungicides for crop protection.

Chemia has received a $2,491,738 Phase-II SBIR award R44GM159545 from the National Institutes of Health to develop computational algorithms for discovery of novel bacterial non-ribosomal drugs.

Chemia has received two Phase-I SBIR awards with total of $625,954 from the National Institutes of Health, R43TR005259 for discovery of novel fungal non-ribosomal peptide drugs, and R43GM154504 for discovery of bacterial saccharide drugs.

Chemia has received a $275,484 Phase-I SBIR award R43GM150301 from the National Institutes of Health to discover novel non-ribosomal peptide drugs.
